I have been running for about 2 years now and just last Saturday I ran my first half marathon! I have ran 13 miles before but this was my first half race.
Short-Term Running Goals:
I would like to speed up my running. I ran my half in 1:53 mins and would like to kick it up a notch. I am also running a marathon in Jan. with the LLS in Phoenix AZ. The P.F Changs rock and roll marathon! I am very excited.
Long-Term Running Goals:
To qualify for the Boston Marathon and become and strong and successful runner. I would also like to continue on to run races that are longer than 26 miles.
Personal:
I was recently married last March 2009. It was a very exciting time and we are really enjoying our first year of marriage. My husband is an audio engineer and loves to lift weights. And I am a clothing designer and love to run! We have no children but will in a few years.

Today I did my P90X arms and abs. It was good. I have done the video a lot so I feel like today it was a little easier but my abs were tough.
Today I took an easy 6 mile run. Maybe a little longer but I met a friend about half way through who can only run a little so we walked for a little bit. I felt good and energized!
